- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance domain.
- Proven experience working in financial services, banking, or insurance industries.
- Knowledge of financial processes, accounting systems, and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
