Proven track record: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the software development or content management space.
Business Analysis skills: Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems is a plus.
Global mindset: Experience working with international clients and teams across different time zones and cultures.
Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
