•    Experience with client focused requirements analysis with excellent Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
•    Experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business, code and/or systems analysis, elicitation, and validation of requirements, and producing requirements documentation, and creating/validating test scripts.?
•    Experience actively working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and other Business Analysts?.
•    Experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating As-Is and To-Be processes and requirements?.
•    Must be able to take part in elicitation sessions and capture requirements and action items.
•    Must be able to convert elicitation outputs into analysis artifacts - business process diagrams, use cases, requirements, UML diagrams, system context diagrams, etc.
•    Must be able to work with data team to write data requirements.
•    Must be able to track all requirements' activities to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
•    Familiarity with SDLC methodologies both Waterfall and Agile.
•    Technologies: SQL Server, Expertise in T-SQL, with an ability to understand and analyze T-SQL code, Application Lifecycle Management systems, JIRA, Power BI.
