• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Write efficient, reliable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mainframe application issues to ensure smooth system operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Perform code reviews, conduct unit testing, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Provide support for system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
• Proficiency in mainframe debugging and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of mainframe batch and online processing systems.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
