•             Partnering with Leadership , Planview team, and VDO to create best practices

o             Join all Planview meetings, and be GBS Representative voice

             Champion of all requested changes, and well as understand latest PV changes

             Would also need to understand any additional PV Integration (contractor connect, ADO, etc.)

•             Focus on suite of GBS Reporting (resources, financials, executive, portfolio level, etc)

o             Align IT, M&A, and Business project management processes and reporting

•             Support a culture of continuous learning to push GBS Project best practices

o             Training, Communications, recurring messaging, enforcement

•             Monitor GBS Project Portfolios for Time, Budget, Scope, and Quality

o             Alignment of Projects/Programs within the GBS Portfolio

o             Reviewing project risks/issues and interdependencies on other projects

•             Participate and contribute to Corp Governance Committee Meetings
