Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information science, or a related field
Significant experience in a technical leadership role within SAP, with hands-on expertise in modules such as SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA.
Atleast 10+ years as a technical lead on SAP projects
Strong SAP Basis skills and experience in SAP Basis administration supporting very large SAP Projects environment.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and data structures.
Expertise in multiple disciplines including: BASIS, ABAP, UX design, integration/process orchestration.
Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root cause for effective issue resolution.
Previous experience in large S/4 implementation projects
Strong working knowledge in SAP ECC; SAP S/4 HANA, additional knowledge of multiple modules of SAP required.
Ability to promote ideas, recommend solutions, and influence others within all levels of the organization including the ability to explain technical processes and concepts to non-technical user groups.
Ability and discipline to self-manage assignments to meet deadlines and scope.
Effective presentation skills,
Ability to work individually, as a member of a functional team, and part of a larger team
Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience including an in-depth understanding of SAP Integration and Activate methodology.
Experience with Hana Cloud Platform
Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a consultancy environment.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key.
SAP certifications and a deep understanding of the latest SAP technologies will be highly advantageous.
