       IAM-

•             Domain knowledge here but not hands on experience

•             Need to be able to effectively manage the tasks, update properly

•             Access Management Technology

•             Customer IAM/CIAM Modernization

•             Will be creating project plans from the scratch

•             Not a lot of financials management in this role-- Mohan does the majority of that

•             Will be dealing with licensing

•             Jira is their tool of choice

•             Not fully Agile/Scrum-- this is shared services

o             Need to at least be familiar with Scrum

•             PowerBI or an eagerness to learn power BI

o             This would be beneficial as well

o             DTCC is using this a lot for tracking program status-- would be beneficial here

o             Just from a status standpoint.
