•             8 Years of High-level knowledge and experience of network facilities and data processing techniques, computer hardware and software, network operating systems, security software, and performance monitoring and capacity management tools.

•             8 Years of extensive knowledge and experience using LDAP/Windows Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Hypervisor technologies including Hyper-V and VMware.

•             8 Years experience administering Windows Systems, including Group Policy, Kerberos, NTLM, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, PXE, as well as Linux systems, network administration, IT governance, and security/privacy policies and tools. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and DN.

•             8 years Experience supporting technologies such as Ansible, SFTP/FTPS, Kubernetes, and open-source software. Ability to direct and organize work activities effectively.

•             8 Years of strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze alternatives, and recommend/implement effective solutions.

•             8 Years of hands-on experience supporting Windows and Linux systems on cloud service platforms such as AWS and Azure.

•             8 Years experience providing server and application support on a 24x7 on-call basis and rotating schedule. Flexibility to perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

•             8 Years experience with server hardware replacement and upgrades.??????

•             8 Years experience with ITIL-based ticketing using Remedy and ServiceNow.
