JOB DETAIL

  • 4+ years as a cloud analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Gainsight, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Understanding of cloud-based SaaS software architectures and telemetry data.
  • Experience with log data pipelining, data aggregation, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI technologies, including hyper-personalization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with loosely defined requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in a STEM field.
