JOB DETAIL

  • Identify approaches for new processes and recommend improvements to automate or simplify existing processes.
  • Ensure Finance and supply chain business requirements and related functions are translated into clear requirements for the SAP Technical Teams;
  • Support a complex global S4 Hana Brownfield migration project. Guiding stakeholders to leverage best practice usage of SAP S4 Hana.
  • Effectively communicate and work within a team to coordinate and complete assignments for implementations, upgrades, modifications, and value opportunities
  • Work directly with Key-users to define, scope, and implement solutions in alignment with business initiatives.
  • Drive solution discussion and resolve conflicts on solution design aspects.
  • Design, guide, and monitor technical development by the team members
  • Be proficient with various integrations with SAP ECC system using EDI / IDoC and other tools
  • Drive and articulate the SAP systems roadmap, driving business value by influencing internal customers to use existing investments whenever possible
  • Engage in project/release scoping discussions with internal customers to understand business requirements and complexity to ensure the appropriate SAP services and capabilities are available
  • Release (cutover) planning, articulate and resolve timelines for various cutover activities, serve as technical point and SME for SAP technologies
  • Partner closely with internal teams and suppliers on systems design, application upgrades, release and project implementations, capacity management and system performance
  • Provide recommendations supportive of the organization’s strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate architecture implementation and modification activities and assist in post-implementation sustainment and continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
  • Lead the design and development of SAP solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and performance optimization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP developers and technical consultants.
  • Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and custom development within the SAP environment.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
