- Ph.D., M.S. or Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or other quantitative fields. )
- Knowledge of underlying mathematical foundations of statistics, machine learning, optimization, economics, and analytics.
- Strong understanding and real-world utilization of basic statistics concepts (Hypothesis testing, power, variance).
- Experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and experimentation
- Ability to use Python or R to work efficiently at scale with large data sets
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to use Tableau, Python, R, or Google sheets to create dashboards & data visualizations for reporting
- Able to comfortability communicate data-informed findings with less technical stakeholders.
