- Cloud Platform Expertise:
- Proficiency in cloud services, including web application firewalls, storage solutions, managed database instances, and virtual machines.
- Experience with cloud migration tools and data storage solutions.
- Security and Compliance:
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security measures.
- Ability to create and implement risk remediation plans and ensure formal business acceptance of risks.
- Performance Optimization:
- Experience in performance optimization and testing, particularly in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring and improving cloud performance.
- Network Architecture:
- Knowledge of network architecture, including the creation of virtual networks, subnets, and high
- availability solutions.
- Experience with disaster recovery solutions.
- Technical Documentation:
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture specifications, risk acceptance templates, and compliance documents.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- In-depth knowledge of server management and IaC practices.
- Proficiency with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- CI/CD Tools:
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshooting Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Offerings:
- Familiarity with PaaS offerings, including Logic Apps, Function Apps, Event Grid, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- A collaborative team player capable of working closely with Development and DevOps teams on a daily or project basis.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, security, and business teams.
- Ability to present technical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of .NET and SQL Server is a strong advantage.
