PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data integration and application integration projects.

Must have experience with SAP integration. Looking for enterprise level experience, not infrastructure.
Familiarity in the HR space and SAP modules a plus
Solid understanding of data integration methodologies, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to work in a hybrid environment
