At least 10 years of experience in the US as a Java Developer
Design, develop and deliver Java-based APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot, AWS and Streaming technologies like Kafka.
Experience in working with SQL building stored procedures, functions, and data warehousing solutions
Experience with Salesforce CRM Eco-System
Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Tableau CRM, Cognos, PowerBI, etc.
Exposure to ETL and Data Engineering tools like Mulesoft, StreamSets & Databricks
Experience in developing TDD/BDD unit-tests and work with Quality Assurance team members on defect triage and resolution
Must have experience working in the Financial Services and Investment Banking domain
Proactively participates in Agile ceremonies like sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, etc., and experience in working with virtual teams
Leadership skills in mentoring team members, resolving technical challenges and performing code reviews in a peer programming environment.
