• Problem Evaluation: Analyze and assess complex business problems to determine root causes and identify potential solutions using ServiceNow.
• Technical Assistance: Provide expert guidance and support in identifying and implementing ServiceNow systems and processes that are both cost-effective and aligned with business requirements.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and translate these into clear, detailed technical specifications.
• Solution Design: Develop and propose recommendations for resolving business issues, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to design and implement effective solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, and system configurations.
• Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that they are integrated smoothly into existing systems and processes.
• Testing and Validation: Support the testing of ServiceNow implementations to ensure they meet business needs and perform as expected.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of ServiceNow solutions, recommending enhancements or adjustments as necessary to optimize functionality and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and use of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on ServiceNow. Proven experience in evaluating complex business problems and implementing technical solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and related modules. Strong understanding of system integrations, workflows, and process automation.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects or working within a project management framework is desirable.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
