SAP ABAP

Lead and manage the development of SAP ABAP objects and solutions, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance measures.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and implement custom SAP ABAP programs to meet business needs.
Provide advanced debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization for ABAP code.
Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.) and third-party systems.
Mentor and guide junior ABAP developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Assign tasks, review code, and ensure timely delivery of development projects.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
Research and implement emerging SAP technologies, such as ABAP on HANA, CDS views, OData, and Fiori.
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and systems, driving innovation within the SAP landscape.
