·Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and enhancements as the program grows.

·Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·Assist in the documentation of processes, workflows, and technical configurations.

·Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

·Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.

·Lead and participate in unit testing and ensure quality standards are met.

·Assist in development of upgrade plans and procedures.

·Provide support for ServiceNow-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems as needed.

·Defines and manages the roles and access privileges of individual users and devices to a variety of applications to prevent unauthorized access.

·Participate in the development of ServiceNow best practices, standards, and guidelines.

·Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
