· ServiceNow System Administrator certified

·  ServiceNow Administration experience in a working environment

· Candidate should have a good working knowledge of ServiceNOW base tables and relationships

· CMDB knowledge, CI relationship and ITSM module knowledge a must

· Knowledge of ServiceNOW licensing and subscription models

· Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement data governance processes

· Ability to clearly present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders

· Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure
