Functional and Technical Design:
Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical design specifications.
Configure SAP PM modules to align with business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
Develop comprehensive test scenarios to validate system functionality and adherence to business requirements.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Lead and facilitate UAT sessions with end-users, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Address user queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth transition to the production environment.
Project Management:
Effectively communicate with analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate status updates and projections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to project timelines.
SAP PM Implementation:
Contribute to the implementation and execution of SAP PM processes, including assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining future state solutions.
Manage the entire lifecycle of SAP PM implementations, from business requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Conduct workshops, perform gap analysis, and develop detailed system design documents.
Oversee configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live activities, and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
