•    Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications, including workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.
•    Customize Pega frameworks, including Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, Pega Sales Automation, and others, according to business requirements.
•    Write and maintain Pega code and decision rules, ensuring they are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
•    Participate in requirements gathering and collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
•    Implement Pega UI components, including portals, sections, and layouts, using Pega's out-of-the-box capabilities.
•    Integrate Pega applications with external systems using connectors, services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
•    Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure the highest quality standards.
•    Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and development standards.
•    Develop and maintain Pega deployment pipelines and automate build and release processes.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers and business users, to validate and deploy the application.
•    Assist in the troubleshooting of Pega applications in production environments, resolving performance issues and defects.
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Pega developers.
•    Stay up to date with the latest Pega platform updates, tools, and industry best practices.
