- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR) and experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex SAP projects in a global or multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
