JOB DETAIL

 

• Minimum 10 + years of overall software development experience, preferably secure, scalable cloud solutions, including more than 8 years of proven SFDC experience.• Extensive working experience on the Salesforce FSL platform• Experience working with an enterprise level Field Service Management system• A thorough understanding of service and field service practices and KPIs• Experience with common integration patterns used on the Force.com Platform.• Experience in large scale SFDC implementation.• Minimum of one Salesforce certification.• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.• Experience in Salesforce FSL concepts and has experience & knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling, data exchange and integrations• Experience in Field Service consulting, integration with Service Cloud, task management, workflow management, pricing, and quote process• Designing, implementing and deploying Salesforce FSL solutions to a wide variety of clients.• Knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities.• Subject matter expert who has experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders.• Ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.• At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experiences in the platform. Experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios will be preferred.• Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements• Experience in enabling guided selling processes for channel partners and customers• Define conceptual architecture and design for solutions considering architecture best practices, client IT landscape and technology trends.• Guide technical teams in design and implementation• Configure and develop best-in-class FSL proof of concepts, working demos and solution acceleratorsDesirable Skills:Must Have Certifications:• Salesforce Administrator Certification• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification• Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification• Salesforce certified application architect or system architect
