• 10+ years of experience in Requirement Gathering: Conduct user research, gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to understand banking customer needs and pain points, and translate them into clear product requirements.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimating effort for each feature.
• 10+ years of experience in Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure clear communication of product vision, prioritize features, and address any questions during development sprints.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Roadmap Development: Contribute to the overall product roadmap by identifying key initiatives, prioritizing features based on business value, and aligning with bank-wide strategic objectives.
• 8+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates and decisions to relevant stakeholders, including product managers, business leaders, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment on product direction.
• 8+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Focus: Collaborate with UX designers to ensure the product interface is intuitive and meets user needs.
• 8+ years of experience in Metrics and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the product, analyze usage data, and identify areas for improvement.
• 8+ years of experience in Banking Domain Knowledge: Understanding of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and backlog management.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and senior management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed product decisions.
