Collaborate with cross functional teams in Agile standups to understand file transfer
requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end file transfer process including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Provide L3 Support, serve as an escalation point for more junior team members to promptly resolve issues.
Develop automation and self-service mechanisms to reduce friction using the platform and ensure secure, efficient transfer of data between internal and external systems.
Monitor performance, implement alerting, proactively resolve errors that arise through automation.
Ensure security and compliance; conform to industry best practices and corporate policies to safeguard sensitive information from end-to-end.
Produce and furnish web reports on file transfer processes, batch schedules, system
performance, and KPI’s.
