- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor and control project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Team Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, technical developers, and testers.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members meet project milestones.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and project reviews to gather feedback and provide updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- SAP Implementation and Integration
- Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical requirements.
- Manage integration efforts between SAP and other systems or third-party tools.
- Ensure data migration, system configurations, and customizations meet quality standards.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance
- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- Change Management and Training
- Develop and execute change management plans to support user adoption of SAP solutions.
- Coordinate training programs and documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Address user concerns and ensure smooth transitions during go-live phases.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor project expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives within budget constraints.
