JOB DETAIL

  1. Project Planning and Execution
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  2. Team Management
    • Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, technical developers, and testers.
    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members meet project milestones.
    • Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
    • Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and project reviews to gather feedback and provide updates.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  4. SAP Implementation and Integration
    • Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical requirements.
    • Manage integration efforts between SAP and other systems or third-party tools.
    • Ensure data migration, system configurations, and customizations meet quality standards.
  5. Risk Management and Quality Assurance
    • Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
    • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned.
  6. Change Management and Training
    • Develop and execute change management plans to support user adoption of SAP solutions.
    • Coordinate training programs and documentation for end-users and support teams.
    • Address user concerns and ensure smooth transitions during go-live phases.
  7. Budget and Resource Management
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor project expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
    • Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives within budget constraints.
