JOB DETAIL

§Experience on AEM  version 6.x and higher version of AEM 

§Monitor and maintain AEM sites for high availability, scalability, and performance.

§Provide proactive and reactive support, including problem management and root cause analysis.

§Integrate AEM with external systems (LDAP, SAML, etc.) and troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with the Dev team.

§Manage AEM administration tasks: user permissions, auditing, reporting, Oak indexes, workflows, and configurations.

§Oversee AEM Assets management, including storage, metadata, and workflow optimization.

§Deep understanding of AEM architecture, technology stack, and the latest features.

§Experience in configuring components, templates, workflows, Dynamic Includes, Sling Servlets, OSGI, and environment-specific settings.

§Proficient in DevOps practices, AEM deployment tools, Dispatcher, CDN configurations, and Adobe Cloud Manager.

§Familiar with other Adobe Experience Cloud products and work with Adobe support when needed.

§Develop and maintain documentation for AEM processes, procedures, and troubleshooting.
