JOB DETAIL

Data Architecture Leadership:
· Define and implement the overall data architecture strategy for the organization, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
· Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of data solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
· Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance data management capabilities.
· Champion data governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, CCPA, GDPR).

Master Data Management (MDM):
· Establish and lead the MDM strategy, including data modeling, data quality management, and data integration across various source systems.
· Define and implement data governance policies and procedures for MDM.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the organization.

Cloud-Based Data Solutions:
· Design and implement data solutions using Azure cloud services, Databricks, and Snowflake-like technologies.
· Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage.
· Develop and deploy data warehousing and data lake solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.

Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with business stakeholders, including executives, to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
· Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and developers to deliver high-quality data solutions.
· Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Foster a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
