· Three or more years of experience working as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role.
· This individual has experience with being on a team that is growing – Flexible and openness to change.
· At a minimum – basic python understanding (Plotly)
· Proficiency in data querying languages such as SQL (Structured Query Language) and PostreSQL for relational databases.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms to create compelling visualizations with dashboards.
· Capable and confident in presenting analytical findings to stakeholders with a focus on highlighting the value of said findings.
· Understanding of general data engineering best practices and/or capability to collaborate with data engineers to figure out the “what/how” of data pipelines.
· Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools for data exploration and modeling.
· Familiarity with data management principles and best practices, including data cleansing, data integrity, and data governance.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
