• Maintain & Lead overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project
• Act as main point of contact for both client and PM through escalations, technical design, and development as well as deployment and support • Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success
• Daily activities include but not limited to:
o Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications
o All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc.
o Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated.
