- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with at least 2-3 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams and driving results.

Certifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Master, SAFe certification).
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.

Agile Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Expertise in guiding teams through Agile transformations and continuous improvement efforts.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams.

Technical Understanding:
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, including technical debt, code reviews, CI/CD, and testing.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Rally).

Desired Skills:
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
- Familiarity with product development, delivery pipelines, and DevOps practices.
