• 10+ years of extensive work experience in various data modeling techniques (relational, data warehouse, semi-structured, etc.), application development, advance data querying skills

• 10+years of programming experience in SQL. 

• Ability to interpret complex data requirements and architect solutions

• Experience with SAP Power Designer or a similar data modeling tool.

• Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse is a plus.

• Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management

• Understanding of ACORD Insurance Reference architecture is a plus.
