Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience analysing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment.
Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages (3+ years ).
Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5+ years).
Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis (3+ years).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on detail (5+ years).
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in case management within Child Welfare domains.
Expertise in testing and implementing hosted web applications in the Human Services sector (e.g., Social Services, Crisis/Emergency Services).
