- Experience in working on Virtual Infrastructure, vSphere client and setting up ESXI servers.
- Experience in building VSAN cluster and Witness servers.
- Hands on experience on HA clustering.
- Hands on experience on VMware/Windows admin to provide support in a complex environment.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery planning on a Data Center Environment.
- Experience in Monitoring , performing health checks , installing patches and upgrading hardware on the production servers.
- Implement security measures in VMware environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
