• Strong knowledge in Azure Infrastructure maintenence and support

• Strong knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab etc.

• Excellent skills on analysing, identifying, troubleshooting and rectifying application, infrastructure issues

• Should be able to do hands-on with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting issues.                                          

• Experience in tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.

• 24*7 support, so should be ready to work in Shifts

• Ability to Lead a team of 5-10 members

• Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles

• Should have basic knowledge in Cloud, preferably Azure

• Experience in API test tools such as Postman, Swagger

• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management

• Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus

• Write automation scripts based on business requirements

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge in Agile/Kanban"
