• Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.
• Create detailed technical design documents, data models, and system flow diagrams.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards.

• Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with external systems.

• Design and implement seamless integrations with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
• Leverage API frameworks (REST, SOAP, and Bulk API) to facilitate data exchange.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize queries, reports, and workflows to ensure optimal system performance.

• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).  

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
