• Leading, planning, and monitoring team activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with standardized project management practices and procedures.
• Organizing and coordinating with Information Services (I.S.) departments and user groups to manage deployments and implementations.
• Supporting the creation of an Intake & Solutioning Framework, including activities related to reporting, status updates, and monitoring & control.
• Ensuring deliverables meet established deadlines and contributing to overall project success.
