JOB DETAIL

                1.            Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

                •              Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for implementing the CDP.

                •              Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and existing data systems to define CDP use cases.

                2.            Data Mapping & Integration:

                •              Identify data sources, including customer, pet, transactional, and behavioral data, for integration into the CDP.

                •              Work closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to map and validate data flows into the CDP.

                3.            Customer Segmentation & Insights:

                •              Define customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and key audience definitions.

                •              Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to leverage the CDP for personalized customer engagement.

                4.            Documentation & Reporting:

                •              Document functional and technical requirements, workflows, and data models.

                •              Generate reports to showcase CDP insights, customer engagement metrics, and ROI.

                5.            Testing & Validation:

                •              Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate the CDP implementation.

                •              Ensure data accuracy, proper audience segmentation, and integration with downstream marketing tools.

                6.            Stakeholder Collaboration:

                •              Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and CDP vendors to ensure project success.

                •              Support change management processes for the adoption of CDP-related tools and workflows.

                7.            Performance Monitoring:

                •              Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for CDP use cases.

                •              Track CDP performance, customer lifecycle value, and campaign efficiency.
