Application and Component Development
Lead the development of custom AEM components, templates, and dialogs.
Implement AEM best practices for authoring, workflows, and content management.
Customize and extend Apache Sling models, servlets, and services.
Architecture and Design
Design scalable, modular, and reusable solutions leveraging AEM and Sling frameworks.
Architect solutions for multi-site management (MSM), content distribution, and language support.
Define strategies for content migration, optimization, and maintenance.
Integration
Integrate AEM with external systems like CRMs, analytics tools, or third-party APIs.
Handle integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Target, Analytics, and Campaign.
Implement custom workflows and extend OSGi services as needed.
Performance and Optimization
Ensure high performance and low latency of AEM applications.
Optimize Sling query performance and JCR (Java Content Repository) structure.
Conduct code profiling and caching (e.g., dispatcher configurations).
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide developers on AEM and Apache Sling best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with content authors, designers, and other stakeholders.
DevOps and CI/CD
Oversee deployment strategies, including production rollouts and hotfixes.
Monitoring and Maintenance
Set up monitoring tools for AEM instance health (e.g., logs, performance metrics).
Handle troubleshooting of Sling requests, replication issues, and node conflicts.
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and security updates for AEM environments.
