- 8-10 years of experience in Virtual Infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- VMware vSphere and vSphere Client
- Setting up and configuring ESXi servers
- Building VSAN clusters and Witness servers
- High-Availability (HA) clustering
- Proven expertise in VMware/Windows administration in production environments.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation in data center environments.
- Proficiency in system monitoring, health checks, and hardware upgrades.
- Solid understanding of implementing security measures in virtual environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
