- Manage multiple large-scale, highly complex projects
- Coordinate a team of Senior Project Managers (Sr PMs) and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop budgets and staffing plans for business cases.
- Submit PMA (Project Management Assessments) and conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
- Take on challenging projects and closely supervise incumbent Project Managers.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project methodologies and financial analytics.
- Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Management Assistants (PMAs).
