8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, focusing on staffing and resource management.
Proficiency in PDM (Project Data Management) and PPMC (Project Portfolio Management) tools.
Experience managing 30+ FTEs in a single 12+ month project.
Experience managing 5+ projects with a budget of $5M (labor) each.
Experience with Client Satisfaction Metrics, Project Statistical Analysis, Variance Analysis, Estimating, Scope and Risk Management, and QA Reviews and Inspections.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
