- Partner with stakeholders to ensure team engagements are in place and roles / responsibilities are clear for the team. Coach and guide team towards the agreed ‘ way of working’. Develop shared sense of ownership and commitment.
- Good understanding of Agile values and scrum events, tools, metrics and artifacts
- Establish standards and templates for quality of requirements and outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for Continuous planning including capacity and release planning.
- Partner with product for backlog management and Epic/story definition.
- Effective facilitation of scrum ceremonies.
- Manage release planning and dependencies
- Manage and provide oversight of JIRA hygiene.
