JOB DETAIL

  • Develop and Maintain PeopleSoft Applications:
    • Design, develop, and implement custom PeopleSoft solutions using Application Engine programs, SQR, and other relevant tools.
    • Automate PS Queries into efficient Application Engine programs.
    • Develop and maintain interfaces for data integration, including importing GL data from vendor files into the General Ledger with robust error handling and validation checks.
    • Create Application Engine programs to feed data to other applications.
  • Data Management and Integration:
    • Import data from flat files into the GL application.
    • Export GL data into flat files for reporting and analysis.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Production Support:
    • Provide L3 production support for the GL, AM, and AP modules, including troubleshooting issues and resolving production problems.
    • In-depth knowledge of the functional and technical aspects of the 3 modules.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft Application Development, including Application Engine, SQR, and PeopleCode.
    • Expertise in SQL and database concepts.
    • Experience with PeopleSoft integrations with other systems.
    • Understanding of PeopleSoft security and access control.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and ensure that solutions meet their expectations.
