Good Understanding of AWS cloud managed cloud migration projects.
Good overview knowledge of key AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and others., etc.
Good understanding of development projects, deployment models
Very good understanding of Agile process, scrum of scrum methodologies
Able to guide the team during carve out and migration activities
Work with multiple stakeholders and timely take decisions and keep all stakeholders informed
Hands on Experience in executing a development project (either Java or .net stack) and knowledge of all SDLC process
Should have led a team of at least 10 resources with mix of technologies and levels
Should have proven experience in managing agile teams.
Exposure to Lean and DevOps implementations.
Hands-on exposure in development methodologies, should have delivered a development project
