- Proficient in project management activities
- Knowledge of managing Microsoft D365CRM engagements
- Responsible for Customer communication and managing internal/external stakeholders
- Work proactively to manage the SLA defined as per contract
- Work proactively to manage Customer expectations
- Work with the team to estimate and plan the deliverables
- Work with Onsite/Offshore teams to ensure streamlined delivery meeting the Customer deliverables as per plan
- PMP Certification would be as added advantage
- Execute project in Agile methodology as described by Customer using DevOps toolset
- Work towards continuous process improvement
- Ensure Root cause analysis is completed for defects reported and corrective actions are implemented
