- Monitor alerts,
- Errors and troubleshoot API and BOT failures
- Triage user requests (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Develop API artifacts – RAML
- API flows, API Manager Policies
- m-Units, Documentation & Source Code Management
- Develop RPA artifacts - BOTs, Documentation & Source Code Management, Manage DevOps cycles/releases and verification
- participate in scrum sessions
- QA on APIs and BOTs by creating m-units for API and E2E tests for BOTs, & Rotational ONCALL shifts.
