- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are preferred).
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities, including email studio, journey builder, automation studio, and data extensions.
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and other scripting languages for customization and data manipulation within Health Cloud.
- Strong experience with API integrations, data synchronization, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
