•            Experience with Conversational AI projects and Kore AI. Intent of the role is identification and development along with Business View is an added advantage

•            Telecom or CRM ideally IVR related experience & services or other related industry experience

•            Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)

•            LC/NC Framework (knowledge)

•            Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, especially IVR systems.

•            Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
