- Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management)
- Programming in JavaScript, Knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML, Familiarity with stylesheet languages like CSS
- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Configuring and customizing workflows, forms, and scripts
- Maintaining the platform, Providing user support and training
- Participating in peer reviews for application changes
- Creating workflows and building service requests based on customers specifications
