• Lead and mentor a team of on/near/offshore developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Guide and support team members in their professional development.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project goals and exceed expectations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Possess strong hands-on experience in Guidewire development, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Deep understanding of Guidewire architecture, data models, and integration points.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex Guidewire solutions.
• Expertise in Java, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies.

• Accountable for the successful delivery of Guidewire projects within budget and on schedule.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex development challenges.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team through training sessions, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Strong understanding of P&C Personal Property Insurance domain.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
